
Light Inc Bags Multiple Prizes at 2025 Pitchers Award

Digital Marketing Agency Light Incorporated was awarded two bronze prizes at the 2025 Pitchers Awards. The awards were earned for projects with Golden Penny Oil and Media Reach.
With Golden Penny Oil, we executed the Happy Ending Story project, the launch of Golden Penny's soya oil with zero cholesterol and trans fats. Featuring Kehinde Bankole, the Happy Ending Story was an innovative ad for a cooking oil that featured no cliche cooking scenes and spoke to the health benefits of good oil, using a therapy room as its vehicle. This project earned us a bronze in the Heritage (Film) category for Pitchers.
Light Inc's second bronze prize was awarded for a project with Nigeria's No. 1 media buying agency - Media Reach to bring to life Redroom, Media Reach's advertising vodcast. For this project, we created a unique visual identity for RedRoom. Inspired by MediaReach's vision of having a Vodcast that's not confined to any single space, we created the vodcast's logo using a combination of unique architectural structures and a custom typography, resulting in a distinct wordmark that showed floor plans of different places where the vodcast could be held - from rooftop restaurants, to a poolside, dining hall, lecture theatre and more. The project won the bronze prize for Heritage (Design) at Pitchers and also won MediaReach a Gold award at the Young Lions.
Alongside the two prizes, Light Inc was also shortlisted in the Craft (Design) category for its 'All In' project for Golden Penny Chocoh and in the Heritage (Design) category for its Global Pros Identity project.
